The operator simply sets the Overflow Target and Flow Assist maintains consistent cotton levels in the feed control and overflow. These levels are monitored by specially designed cotton height sensors located in both the feed control and the overflow. Combined with settings specific to your gin, Flow Assist can help new ginners who lack experience or experienced ginners who have many other areas of the gin to keep an eye on.

The results of Flow Assist will not be forgetting your feed control. That would be impractical. More accurately, Flow Assist has been described as similar to cruise control or lane assist in a car. It allows you to think about your speed or your driving MUCH less. This means your ginners are not tripped up by changing modules or gin stands constantly going in and out. But like your car, there are times you will make small adjustments just like you might accelerate to pass or slow down for traffic while driving.

The seamless integration of Flow Assist with your existing module feeder controls allows your operator to quickly revert to the existing controls if necessary. Flow Assist sends a speed signal to the module feeder bed via two wires. All existing module feeder functions and features are preserved.
