A seasoned applicator with several new features, the Roller Grid builds on the proven moisture restoration and batt compression of a Steamroller 1 while improving feeding and reducing cleaning.

First, the Roller Grid uses heavy duty grid slats for high velocity moisture injection into the batt. Moist air flows through the grid slats towards the Roller Grid exit to smoothly draw the batt through the applicator. Also, there is no plenum chamber to collect pin trash removing a major cleaning point. Another benefit to the grid injection is moisture is aimed away from your condenser keeping rollers dry.

The Roller Grid uses a single moist air pipe removing the need to balance the air simplifying commissioning. Last of the major differences, the Roller Grid uses the Steamroller 3 controls which means the latest controls technology and a back-up VFD making sure we keep you running.

Please note the Roller Grid is not intended to replace the Steamroller 3 for higher capacity gins.
